Although I've had my Xoom for a few months, I haven't followed development here too much. I didn't see any recent source code, so I used dreamcwli's source as a base. Go over to his thread and hit the thanks button: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1997434
Sweep2Wake
Sweep2wake allows you to turn the screen on or off by swiping your finger across the screen. It's the same as hitting the power button. You have to move your finger all the way across the screen for it to work. It should work both horizontally and vertically and doesn't matter which direction you swipe.
